Hey, we’re all under stress. Good stress, bad stress… stress. It’s called life. If you’re busy, you can be sure stuff happens that can turn a merely busy day into a day of stress.

So what do we do to lower our stress? We grab as much time as possible to do relaxing things we enjoy, we walk, we run, we exercise, we visit with friends, we give hugs and we get hugs, we meditate, we pray, we sleep… and we eat.

You can only eat so much, so when making food choices when steam is coming from your ears, pick foods that can help neutralize some of those aging chemicals released by stress,  do your body good, and lower your stress levels as well.
