I find I’m sitting more than I’m standing or moving around these days since I’m working on the computer a great deal. In addition, I also enjoy watching some TV favorites and I do love to read for pleasure. Too much sitting isn’t good for either the body or the mind. Bummer.
Since we live in a very busy world, multi-tasking is a way of life. With that in mind, I decided to put multi-tasking to work to find a way to keep up the muscle tone I was losing in the chair. I know myself, and I knew that if I could find some exercises for me to do without interrupting what I was involved in while sitting, I might actually do them.
