We do so much to keep our bodies, our skin, nails and hair looking neat, tidy and healthy… but what about our brains? We just assume they’ll keep truckin’ along, taking in information, processing and remembering, without us paying much attention. I wish that were true, but it’s not.

Our brains are aging right along with the rest of us. I for one am not willing to just chock up ‘forgetting things’ to aging. I’ve always tried to take care of my physical body, so it finally occurred to me the other day that it was high time to pay attention to what will keep my loyal brain in tip top condition too.
